Sergio has always enjoyed working with people and trying to find solutions to improve and resolve issues and problems.  This keen interest led him to get involved with risk management and financial planning.

He holds a Diploma of Financial Planning from Deakin University and also the internationally recognised Certified Financial Planning qualification from the Financial Planning Association of Australia. Since 2003, Sergio has been one of the 50 planners, Australia-wide, to be selected as part of the Personal Investor Magazine financial planning Master Class, achieving a place in the Top 10 in 2004.

Mal began his career as a life insurance agent in 1973 and over the next 22 years grew a successful agency.

In 1990, Mal, together with two partners branched out and co-founded a food manufacturing business. Eventually in 1995 he became involved on a full time basis working in the food business .

In 2005, after an absence from the life insurance industry of approximately 10 years, Mal decided to return to the business he so much enjoys and by 2006 had completed the Diploma of Financial Planning.

Financial Planning, over the years has, experienced enormous changes from both government rules and regulations and ever evolving new financial products. Mal brings clarity and simplicity to his clients so that they can fulfil their needs and achieve their goals with understanding and satisfaction.

 

Robert Marshall

Robert is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP) and has specialised in financial planning since 1999. He is a qualified accountant (FCPA) with extensive business experience and a background in corporate accounting. Robert is qualified to advice on a wide variety of financial planning issues including both pre- and post-retirement planning, self-managed superannuation, investment and life insurance. As a member of the Responsible Investment Association Australasia he has a particular interest in SRI (Sustainable Responsible Investment).

 

Brett Cox

Brett has been working as a Paraplanner for the last 5 years at a city based financial planning firm.  He holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services and recently joined the Kew office.  Over the next few years, Brett intends to obtain his Certified Financial Planning status and move towards becoming an adviser.

Brett enjoys watching most sports especially AFL matches, movies, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Anna started working for Chiltern Peak as a teenager, initially working in the school holidays doing the filing. 

Anna professional qualifications include a Bachelor of Business (Financial & Risk Management) and Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning).  She is in the process of obtaining her Advanced Diploma of Financial Services, and to become a Certified Financial Planner.
 
Anna's an animal lover who enjoys sailing, rock climbing, netball and any outdoor sports as well as cooking and relaxing with a good book.

Sue has 30 years of office management and administration experience in the finance sectors. For the last 20 years she has concentrated her career around financial planning, superannuation and insurance, having been employed by both AMP and AXA before joining private practices to develop the client services aspect of their businesses.

Sue joined Genesys Kew in May 2006 after re-locating from Tasmania

She also enjoys walking, travel, movies, good food/wine and great friends.
