Zest is made up of a team of eight wealth advisers backed by a highly trained client care team of 14.
The adviser team
All of Zest’s advisers are highly qualified and skilled.
We aim to ensure our clients have the right discussions, with the right people, at the right time in the economic cycle. This process provides a refreshing and strong business model but we are constantly testing it, searching for improvement.
Subject matter expertise in wealth planning is shared amongst the adviser team to ensure a culture of knowledge sharing is prevalent throughout Zest.
All of our advisers are salary based. We do not pay commissions and work together toward a common goal – servicing our clients.
Client care team
While our client’s main contact is their wealth adviser, from time to time people communicate with other members of our team. It’s all about who is the right person for their needs. At Zest our clients not just enter into a relationship with their adviser, they actually have a relationship with our entire business.
The key resources clients and their adviser will have at their disposal includes:
a) Paraplanners: Assist advisers to research and model wealth strategies and produce formal advice documents.
b) Administrators: Assist advisers to implement recommended products, handle all associated paperwork and coordinate client conferences.
c) Management: We have two tiers of management.
Tier 1 is our Managing Director, responsible for the business as a whole.
Tier 2 management comprises our Chief Operations Manager, responsible for Zest’s many business systems and processes. And our Manager of Compliance and Advice Solutions, the quality assurance manager for our advice who also ensures we meet our strict legal obligations.
